What You'll Do:

• Provide safe, nurturing, and developmentally supportive care
• Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities and routines
• Prepare child meals/snacks, assist with light tidying and laundry
• Maintain open, respectful communication with parents and agency staff
• Be a dependable and warm presence in the home

Schedule Options:

• Full-Time: 30–40 hours/week (Monday–Friday)
• Part-Time: 10–30 hours/week (flexible)

Requirements:

• 2 years of nanny or professional childcare experience
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain before hire)
• Recent physical exam (within 12 months)
• Willing to submit vaccination status (MMR, Tdap, Flu, COVID-19 preferred)
• Must pass a comprehensive background and reference check
• Reliable transportation and professional, caring demeanor

Placement Timeline Note:

We aim to place caregivers as quickly as possible based on family demand and compatibility. While not all candidates are placed immediately, approved applicants are added to our active roster and receive priority for future opportunities. Onboarding early ensures you're ready for immediate placement when a match becomes available.
