Position Summary
Reporting into the Vice President of Growth, the Sr. Growth Marketing Associate will play a critical role in Nurture Life’s paid marketing and overall growth trajectory. We are looking for someone to operate as a source of insight and strategy while balancing the needs of several paid marketing channels.
Position Duties and Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Oversee paid advertising campaigns across platforms including paid social, paid search, TV, display, and emerging channels to drive business growth.
- Testing Roadmap: Develop and implement a robust testing roadmap to optimize campaign performance, uncover insights, and improve scalability.
- Creative Strategy: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to guide creative development that aligns with brand messaging and enhances campaign effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across marketing and product to ensure seamless alignment and execution of growth initiatives.
- Channel Testing: Identify, evaluate, and test new marketing channels to diversify acquisition efforts and maximize ROI.
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) Management: Own CAC goals, continually analyzing and adjusting strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Analysis and Reporting: Track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize future marketing efforts and inform business decisions.
Knowledge/Experience/Skills
- Experience: 2–4 years in growth marketing at a brand or agency, with direct experience managing paid ads on Meta and/or Google required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in direct-to-consumer, subscription, or food-related businesses is a plus.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with creative and brand teams, both internally and externally.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous execution is critical; campaigns must be error-free as they often serve as the first introduction to our brand.
- Problem Solving: A creative thinker who leverages data to identify innovative solutions to unique challenges.
- Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills to effectively prioritize and execute multiple campaigns.
