General Summary :
Reporting directly to the Director of Enrollment, the Administrative Assistant provides confidential administrative supports to the Enrollment Department where needed. This includes tasks specifically related to family enrollment and departmental compliance.
Essential Functions :
- Assist families with registering for the state's Child Care Financial Assistance waitlist system for future childcare enrollment, while actively monitoring the waitlist to enroll families as program vacancies become available.
- Gather and process necessary documentation for initial enrollment authorizations, reauthorizations, and updated enrollment forms to ensure program files remain current.
- Keep department files organized and up to date with all required documentation.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, take messages, and relay information as needed.
- Manage all aspects of parent fee collection and billing.
- Support the department with compliance audits as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support departmental needs.
