We are currently seeking a Shipping, Receiving & Mailing Clerk to join our organization. As the Shipping, Receiving, & Mailing Clerk, you will be responsible for pickup, delivery and distribution of all incoming and outgoing mail, office materials and shipments. You will be responsible for executing all errands required by the Credit Union. You will open and distribute mail to appropriate departments, branches, and staff, making daily deliveries throughout the Administrative Campus. You will make daily pickups and deliveries to the U.S. Post Office. You will stamp and seal outgoing mail and be responsible for notifying supervision of postage requirements.
To thrive in this role, you should have one to three years of similar or related experience and the equivalent of a high school education. This position is one part attention to detail and one part administrative. This might be the role for you if you enjoy work requiring problem solving, interpersonal skills, time management, and sensitive information.
Key Skills and Experience:

Ability to operate general office equipment.

Must be proficient with the safe use of a dolly and pallet jack; required motion requirements.

Effectively communicate with internal and external customers appropriately via in person, email etc.

Experience in multi-tasking, meeting strict deadlines, dealing with sensitive information, and problem resolution while providing exceptional service within the organization and its external customers.

Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and all internal systems as affiliated with the department.

Ability to adapt quickly to change and proactively communicate within all levels of the organization.
