We are currently seeking a Call Center Representative . You'll be responsible for servicing members and potential members in a contact center environment via phone calls. You will provide quality service on transactions and problem resolution. You'll educate members on the benefits of appropriate products or services that align with their financial needs. You will provide basic guidance for online and mobile banking navigation, including payment portal needs. You'll assists with general knowledge for in-person transactions and branch location options.
What you'll do :
- Assist existing and potential members with telephone requests.
- Answer questions regarding services and products to resolve problems.
- Identify opportunities to educate members on appropriate services that align with financial needs.
- Maintain compliance with regulations, policy, controls, and security procedures.

Positions starting at $18.00 per hour
Call Center Hours of operation are : Monday-Friday 7 : 30am-6 : 00pm. Saturday 8 : 00-3 : 00pm.
