Solar Consultant

Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Solar Consultants to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for educating potential customers about the benefits of solar energy while guiding them through the proces of switching to Solar energy. The primary focus for this position will be generating leads. This position requires a proactive approach, and basic communication skills. What's unique about this position and unlike most solar companies, is we offer upfront pay before the solar system Is installed. This position requires all the training you need to ensure you have the skill set you need, to not only serve a customer base. But to also allow you to scale.

Duties

*Strong Communication: Ability to clearly explain solar benefits and engage homeowners.

*Active Listening: Understanding customer needs and responding effectively.

* Objection Handling: Overcoming common objections like cost concerns, past experiences, or time constraints.

* Persuasion & Encouraging homeowners to provide their energy bill and commit to an appointment.

*Rapport Building: Quickly establishing trust and credibility with a variety of homeowners.

*Resilience & Persistence: Staying motivated despite rejections and maintaining a high-energy attitude.

*Time Management: Efficiently managing leads, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.

*Basic Technical Knowledge: Understanding solar energy systems, net metering, and financing options.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

• Fresno, CA 93727: Relocate with an employer provided relocation package (Preferred)
