About the Role
Seeking a skilled Business Analyst ( 4 years of professional experience) to join the Project Management Office (PMO) team in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player with strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple assignments while keeping projects on track
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct business process analyses and develop business requirements, use cases, and needs assessments
- Align IT solutions with business initiatives using industry best practices
- Create end-user documentation, standards, and processes
- Organize and facilitate application testing and user acceptance to ensure business needs are met
- Provide support for production incidents and help troubleshoot reported issues
- Support Clarity PPM initiatives, including project reviews, reports, annual planning, and testing / validation of changes, releases, patches, and upgrades
