Project Manager
A highly experienced Project Manager is needed to join an Application & Client Services team. This position requires a hands-on, self-starter with strong technical and interpersonal skills who is ready to manage complex IT projects in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates must have demonstrated experience delivering high-impact projects on time and within scope while aligning IT solutions with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Must have experience managing diverse projects, including:
- Request for Proposals (RFPs) and contract/scope development.
- Infrastructure upgrades and application enhancements.
- Development and implementation of COTS/vendor applications with multiple integrations.
- Agile methodologies and software development projects.
- Manage project scope, resources, and timelines using recognized project management methodologies.
- Provide hands-on leadership to identify technical approaches and oversee system development processes.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, building consensus and driving value.
- Advocate for change, ensuring project goals meet organizational priorities.
- Track and manage team progress, ensuring tasks align with work breakdown structures and accurate time reporting.
- Support, maintain, and enhance existing applications as required.

- Extensive experience in project management, including working on RFPs, infrastructure upgrades, and vendor integrations.
- In-depth knowledge of web application programming, API integration, databases, and system design.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to manage Agile projects.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Additional Information:
- Preference for local candidates for a hybrid work environment, but highly qualified remote candidates will be considered.
- Senior-level experience is mandatory for this role.
