Note to applicants: This role is located within the Southern United States. 

Who You Are: As the VP, Sales & Distribution (C4® Energy) - South, you will be accountable for the management, growth, and expansion of the C4® Energy DSD beverage portfolio across your assigned territory. This role is accountable to lead and develop their teams while engaging and supporting our distribution network to increase total points of distribution, weighted weeks of display and other strategic KPI’s to ensure the C4® Energy beverage portfolio is always accessible to consumers.

This role is eligible to participate in our Sales Bonus Plan.             

What You're Good At:

  • Leading and developing the field execution DSD team across your assigned Business Unit
  • Engaging and supporting our distribution network to drive total points of distribution, weighted weeks of display and other KPI’s that are focused on strategic growth of the C4® Energy beverage portfolio within retail
  • Executing retail, marketing and promotional calendars
  • Working closely with internal and distributor partner supply chain teams to ensure proper inventory levels exist consistently throughout the Business Unit
  • Working closely with internal and external teams (marketing, key account, finance etc.) to deliver annual operating plan objectives
  • P&L ownership
  • In this role your goals and KPIs will be focused around:
    • Performance to revenue targets
    • Depletions and shipments within assigned territory
    • ACV, WWOD & TPD growth

What You Contribute: 

  • 10 years of DSD beverage experience
  • Strong background in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Experience with VIP, Margin Minder, Tableau and Repsly a plus
  • Ability to travel – expected travel 50%
  • Emphasize excellence and encourage high energy level
  • Strong presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing and developing large teams
  • Proven track record of turning insights into action and growth
  • Pre-existing working relationship with Distributor network across the assigned business unit is a strong plus but not required
  • Bachelor's Degree (Masters Preferred)
  • Must live near a major airport
