Responsibilities: This role requires a Registered Dietitian who can provide compassionate care and support to residents, focusing on their nutritional needs and well-being. The successful candidate will collaborate with other dietitians and facility clinical teams to deliver personalized nutrition plans, complete clinical assessments, chart within the EMR system, and attend meetings to discuss resident care and progress.
Requirements: To be considered for this position, you must be a registered or registration eligible dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or have a verification statement. You should also meet state licensure guidelines and facility vaccination requirements as needed.
