We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiter to support our nationwide staffing operations. This position is onsite with Fridays remote at our corporate office in Hollywood, FL. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing Registered Dietitian candidates while building strong relationships with clients and candidates alike. This role demands a proactive, results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Use various platforms (job boards, social media, ATS, referrals) to identify and engage qualified Registered Dietitian candidates.
- Screening & Interviews: Conduct thorough phone and video interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized talent pool using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like SalesForce, Clear Company, and Paychex Flex.
- Offer Negotiation: Coordinate offer details, including salary, benefits, and start dates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, including salary benchmarks and competitor activity, to maintain a competitive edge.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to company policies and healthcare industry regulations.
- Metrics Tracking: Regularly update and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure recruitment success.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Sociology, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or professional staffing.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g.,SlaesForce, Clear Company, Paychex Flex).
- Strong sourcing skills, with familiarity using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment tools.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
- Knowledge of Registered Dietitian qualifications and healthcare credentialing processes.
- Familiarity with sales or business development within staffing or recruiting firms.
