What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Operator position at Nutrenare AG?
- Adjusts controls to regulate temperature, pressure, feed, or flow of liquids or gases and times of prescribed reactions, according to knowledge of equipment and processes.
- Analyzes and Observes safety precautions to prevent fires or explosions.
- Monitors gauges, recording instruments, flow meters, or products and ensures that specified conditions are maintained.
- Controls and operates equipment in which chemical changes or reactions take place during the processing of industrial products.
- Measures, weighs, density and mixes chemical ingredients, according to specifications.
- Inspects equipment or units to detect leaks or malfunctions, shutting equipment down if necessary.
- Inspects work areas for leaks, equipment malfunctions constantly monitoring that operating conditions are the best and safe.
- Responsible for collecting product samples from production line through different stages of production, to be taken the laboratory for testing on specific gravity, chemical characteristics, pH levels, concentrations, or viscosities.
- Responsible for collecting and recording operational data from production line, such as temperatures, pressures, ingredients used in a specific product, processing times and test results on Protocol and SIMA system.
- Responsible for systematic cleaning of machinery on weekly basis.
- Utilization of water hoses for cleaning of machinery and working station.
- Perform other tasks as assigned or dictated by position.

Qualifications
- Proficient in blueprint reading and mechanical knowledge
- Experience with manufacturing and machining processes
- Skilled in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Familiarity with CNC programming and operation of CNC lathe and press brake machines
- Knowledge of GD&T and CAM programming
- Basic math skills and experience in quality control
- Ability to operate forklifts and flexo presses, along with hand tools and materials handling
