Production Operator

Excellent opportunity with an industry leader looking for the best and brightest in Production Operator, to join a growing team!

• Crew C: 6:45pm-7am TU,W,SA week 1 & then alternate to SU,M,TH,F the next week
• Training likely be on day shift.
• Hourly Pay: $20/hr

What you'll do as a Production Operator:

• Work the line, and inspect product for color, measuring shingles, etc.
• Mandatory safety training, PPE, and chemical handling procedures are required.
• Pass a lab competency test prior to interviewing.
• Pass a color blind test, due to tasks including visually checking shingles for color correctness.

The Preferred Candidate Might Have:

• With post secondary education completed, ideal candidates will have 3yrs of experience in a quality inspection job or in a quality lab job with lab instrumentation in a manufacturing environment.
• If candidates do not have post secondary education, candidates will have at least 5yrs experience in a quality inspection job or in a quality lab job with lab instrumentation in a manufacturing environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Read/write and possess strong mathematical skills.
