The Position:

Nutri-Green is seeking talented inside and outside sales professionals. We are seeking confident and quick-thinking individuals, with strong technical skills and great communication, to join our inside sales team. 

As part of the Inside Sales Team, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Peak Season (March–October): Handling inbound calls from prospective customers, explaining our lawn care programs or pest control solutions, closing sales, and scheduling services.
• Off-Peak Season: Dividing your time between inbound calls and outbound calls to check customer satisfaction and cross-sell additional services.

Schedule & Work Environment:

• A typical workday is 8 hours, with shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, depending on the season.
• Spring and Fall seasons require Saturday shifts from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
• Business casual attire is required (no suits necessary), and our workplace is dynamic, fun, and competitive.
