The Position:

Nutri-Green is looking for a full-time lawn technician to join our team! We do not mow lawns or install landscaping. Weed control, fertilization, pest control, and other lawn care services are our specialty. First and foremost, you need to like working with people. We believe it is not hard to do the right thing, so that is what we do each and every day. When we are out at a client’s property, we are doing more than just spraying their lawn and treating their property, we are building relationships. We believe in doing the little things that show we care more and work to create an extraordinary service experience with every client. When we are at a client’s property we are providing a solution to their problems; we are professionals offering sound advice and informing them of environmental elements that may affect their lawns and/or homes.

Duties Include:

• Driving a company vehicle to customer locations and applying weed control, fertilizer, pest control, and tree/shrub treatments.
• Completing daily routes while diagnosing & correcting any lawn problems that occur throughout the season.
• Perform telephone calls and service calls to address customer concerns.
• Assisting in day-to-day sales as required.
• Maintaining vehicle and equipment through cleanliness, safety, and general maintenance.
• Installing and taking down Christmas lights, decorations, etc. during the off-season.
• Smiling!

Requirements Include:

• Polite, professional, clean appearance
• Good communication & sales skills
• Enjoys working outside and physically fit & able to lift 75lbs
• Willing to achieve Service Technician Certification
• Team player and a leader
• Outgoing, friendly
• Takes initiative
• Eager to learn
• Has high standards, morals, ethics
• No Smoking Policy
• Willing to work M-F & Saturdays when needed
• VALID OK Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
