Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Regional Office Manager to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a blend of administrative, managerial, and organizational skills to ensure the offices run smoothly and effectively. This role involves being a central point of contact for employees, addressing concerns, facilitating communication, and creating a positive work environment . The Regional Office Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations and efficient functioning of the office environments.
Duties
- Manage daily operations for the Elkton, Middletown, and Dover offices
- Provide leadership to nurses, dieticians, nutritionists, medical assistants, and front desk staff
- Ensure all clinics comply with state and federal healthcare regulations and ensure all office and provider licenses and credentialing are active
- Assist in recruitment for offices and facilitate staff development through training and mentoring
- Monitor and manage office costs including staffing, supplies, and utilities
- Monitor financial reports with recommendations for cost savings and revenue opportunities
- Develop and implement strategies to increase patient volume and retention
- implement new programs or initiatives to enhance care and operational efficiency
- Other assigned duties and responsibilities
Qualifications
- Degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Two or more years of administrative or supervisory experience
- Leadership, time management, and organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
