Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the night shift cleaning team and ensure completion of all required cleaning tasks.
- Ability to clean for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work Sunday through Thursday (8:00 pm - 4:00 am).
- Train team members on proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
- Ensure proper completion of cleaning tasks, including floor maintenance, equipment sanitation, and facility upkeep.
- Operate lifts and forklifts as necessary and support team members in their operation of such equipment.
- Computer proficiency is not required but considered a plus.
- Promote and ensure adherence to all safety guidelines, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Able to pass pre-employment screening.
- Able to lift, carry, push, or pull up 40 lbs repetitively.
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the shift.
- Ability to climb stairs or ladders if necessary.
- Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and reach overhead to inspect or adjust equipment or products.
- Ability to hear alarms, warnings or verbal instruction in a noisy environment.
- Ability to work in varying conditions, including exposure to heat, cold dust, dairy or loud machinery.
- Must be comfortable wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses or steel-toed boots.
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members.
- Ability to focus and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
