Position Overview: As a Kitchen Utility Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment. Your role will include daily cleaning, trash removal, dish and pot washing, and assisting with serving residents as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing kitchen surfaces.
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils promptly and efficiently.
- Remove trash and recyclables regularly, ensuring proper disposal methods are followed.
- Assist kitchen staff with food preparation and serving during meal times.
- Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures in accordance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
