The role:
The Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social will own and drive performance across Nuts.com’s paid social channels, including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and emerging platforms. This role is critical to scaling our customer acquisition efforts, optimizing spend, and crafting data-driven strategies to fuel growth. You will oversee all aspects of paid social channel management, from campaign strategy and execution to creative collaboration and performance analysis.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on paid social expert with deep experience managing large budgets, testing aggressively, and driving measurable results in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
What you’ll do:
- Channel Ownership: Lead strategy, execution, and optimization for paid social channels, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, and other emerging platforms.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously test and optimize campaigns, landing pages, & audience segmentation to maximize ROI, scale acquisition efforts, and improve CAC.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner closely with the creative team to develop compelling, conversion-driven assets tailored to platform best practices and audience insights.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Build and maintain performance dashboards, analyze data to uncover trends, and deliver actionable insights to optimize campaigns and guide future strategies.
- Testing Framework: Develop and implement testing frameworks for creative, targeting, bidding, and placements to drive incremental improvements in performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with analytics, product, and CRM teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and align paid social strategies with broader business goals.
- Emerging Opportunities: Stay ahead of industry trends and proactively explore new platforms, tools, and strategies to enhance the effectiveness of paid social channels.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with platform reps and third-party vendors to stay updated on the latest capabilities and ensure optimal performance.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience: 4 years of experience managing direct-response paid social campaigns with significant budgets, preferably in a CPG, DTC or eCommerce environment.
- Expertise in Platforms: Deep, hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, with a proven ability to scale campaigns and drive profitable growth.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to synthesize large data sets into actionable insights and recommendations. Proficiency in Looker, Mixpanel, or similar reporting tools is preferred. Knowledge with attribution modeling and/or incrementality testing is a plus!
- Creative Eye: Experience partnering with creative teams to develop high-performing assets tailored for paid social platforms.
- Testing Savvy: Expertise in developing and running A/B tests to optimize campaigns, creative development, and performance metrics.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present insights and strategies to stakeholders.
- Passion for Growth: A data-driven performance marketer with a hunger to test, learn, and innovate.
