• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with patient concerns.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed.
• Coordinate with the dental team to optimize patient flow.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Qualifications:
• Experience in a dental office is required (1 year minimum preferred).
• Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance verification, and billing.
