As a Front Desk Reception/Sales Expert, you will play a crucial role in providing a great first and last impression in customer care. You will have the opportunity to offer additional service opportunities to salon guests and assist them in understanding our products, specials, and company programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize excellent phone skills to make appointments, handle confirmation calls/rescheduling, and provide information about services, pricing, and level systems.
• Sales driven Goals: Upsell services, rebook clients, and offer specials and promotions to enhance customer experience.
• Achieve daily, monthly, and yearly goals, with rewards given for meeting targets.
• Maintain cleanliness of the salon seating area and front desk to create a welcoming environment for guests.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work evening shifts, weekends, and 8-hour shifts.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
