We're seeking a skilled Customer Success Representative to join our team, playing a vital role in managing the long-term success of our contractors.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new customers, establishing strong relationships and ensuring a seamless transition from initial sign-up to ongoing support.
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with corporate contacts, fostering open communication and trust.
- Collaborate with customers and product teams to identify and implement product enhancements that meet their evolving needs.
- Act as a subject matter expert on custom product features, providing guidance and support to partners.
- Analyze user engagement data to identify actionable insights, informing decision-making and driving business growth.
- Gather intelligence on how customers use our products, determining the most valuable features and services for their businesses.
- Update account and contact records to ensure accurate reporting.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you'll need 2 years of relevant experience working/managing accounts. You should be a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, able to think several steps ahead of clients and take proactive steps to address roadblocks, risks, and issues.
You'll be a problem-solver who can overcome challenges and ambiguity with creative solutions, working collaboratively with others to achieve shared goals.
