Graphic Designer

Role

Nuvia Dental Implant Center is expanding rapidly and seeking an experienced Graphic Designer. This position is an integral part of the Nuvia Marketing Team, conceptualizing and crafting high-quality visuals for both print and digital channels. This is a full-time position with typical hours from 8 AM to 5 PM (Mountain Time), Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Print Design & Production
• Develop and revise advertisements, brochures, flyers, postcards, books, guides, newsletters, and other print collateral.
• Digital Design
• Create visuals for websites, landing pages, display ads, and other digital platforms.
• Brand Consistency & Quality Control
• Ensure all creative outputs reflect and strengthen Nuvia’s brand identity.
• Collaboration & Project Management
• Work closely with the Marketing Team to align on project goals, manage deadlines, and deliver outstanding designs.
• Cross-Functional Support
• Provide design assistance to other departments, including presentation materials, event collateral, and other ad-hoc projects.
• Ongoing Development
• Stay informed about current design trends and best practices to continuously elevate the impact of our marketing efforts.
  
  

Requirements

• Location & Schedule
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Comfortable working remotely, with availability during Mountain Time business hours (8 AM–5 PM).
• Flexibility for occasional after-hours work if needed.
• Technical Skills
• Demonstrated experience in both print and digital design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other relevant design tools.
• Familiarity with basic web design
• Professional Experience
• 3 years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house marketing preferred).
• Knowledge of and experience with direct response principles is a plus.
• Soft Skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Capable of juggling multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a creative problem-solving mindset.

Compensation

• Competitive Salary Range: $55,000 – $75,000/year (commensurate with experience and expertise).
• Potential for growth and advancement based on performance and company expansion.
