The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for:

- Presenting and promoting the benefits of facility services in an effective manner, addressing customer concerns and offering solutions.

- Staying updated on the company's service offerings, product features, pricing models, and industry trends.
- Accurately documenting customer interactions, sales, and service agreements in the CRM system.
**Requirements**
To perform this job successfully, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Up to 5 years related experience and/or training in inside sales, customer service, sales support.
- Excellent oral communication skills with the ability to interface with many different audiences.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and business skills.
- Able to present complex information clearly and concisely.
