Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in both Green Bay and Madison, WI for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing existing accounts, conducting client meetings, preparing and presenting proposals, and negotiating contracts. The Account Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful design and implementation of security solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience in client relationship management and customer service
- Strong sales and business development skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to negotiate contracts and close deals
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of the security and life safety systems industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
