This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Resident Engineer and Resident Engineer *ARE/RE" located in Los Angeles, CA. The ARE/RE will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, managing project timelines, and coordinating with various stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include on-site inspections, project documentation, client communication, and problem-solving in real-time.

Qualifications
- Experience in administering highway construction projects particular on Caltrans infrastructure contracts; on-site inspections, and construction management -- roads and bridges.
- Working knowledge of engineering standards and construction regulations
- Strong communication and coordination skills for interacting with clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in project documentation and report preparation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage project timelines
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- CA. Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus
- Experience in the engineering consultancy services is preferred
