- Schedule Development and Analysis
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar software.
- Analyze project schedules to identify critical path activities, float, and potential scheduling conflicts.
- Evaluate baseline and updated schedules to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
- Progress Monitoring
- Monitor and report on project progress by comparing actual performance to planned milestones.
- Identify and analyze schedule delays, impacts, and deviations from the baseline schedule.
- Provide recommendations for corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Risk Assessment
- Perform schedule risk analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Reporting
- Prepare and deliver detailed schedule performance reports for stakeholders, including variance analysis and forecasts.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate schedule health and project performance effectively.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and achievable schedules.
- Facilitate schedule review meetings and communicate findings to project teams.
- Schedule Maintenance
- Regularly update project schedules to reflect actual progress, changes, and new information.
- Ensure schedules are aligned with project scope, budget, and resource availability.
- Compliance and Standards
- Verify that schedules adhere to organizational standards, best practices, and contractual requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation of scheduling methodologies and processes for auditing purposes.
- Forecasting and Resource Planning
- Provide forecasts of project completion dates and key milestones.
- Analyze resource allocations and identify potential resource conflicts or shortages.
- Training and Support
- Provide training and support to project teams on scheduling best practices and software tools.
- Assist in developing and implementing scheduling policies and procedures across the organization.
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve scheduling processes and methodologies.
- Stay updated on advancements in scheduling techniques and software.
Education/Qualifications:
- Aviation, Mission Critical/Data Center, and/or Healthcare project related experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, project management, engineering, or facilities management preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in project accounting and complex budget management.
- Ability to quickly build trust with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Desire and ability to work independently, collaboratively, and effectively on large and diverse projects; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to read and understand plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and critical path method (CPM).
- Deep understanding of work activity sequences, durations, and schedule implementation.
- Four years of construction project scheduling or equivalent project management/scheduling experience.
- Extensive professional network within the Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Development industry in the local markets.
Certifications/Licenses:
- Professional Registration (Professional Engineer, Registered Architect, etc.) or Project Management Certification desirable but not required.
- Software: basic Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook skills. Bluebeam Revu, Adobe Acrobat. Deltek Vantagepoint experience a plus.
- Proficient in Primavera (P6) software (preferred), Procore, MS Peoject, SAP, or other construction project management tools.
- Project related travel will be required.

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $100,000.00- $120,000.00 per year; however, base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
