Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Manage schedules for caregivers and clients.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Address and resolve staff conflicts and issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of clients, caregivers, and administrative activities.
- Recruit and hire caregivers for clients in areas needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with high standards of care.
