Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior engineers to create engineering plans, designs, and innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
- Use CAD software to develop technical designs and implement unique project ideas.
- Support the project permitting process, ensuring compliance with local and regional regulations.
- Participate in diverse land development projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial developments.
- Contribute to a dynamic and creative team environment focused on delivering value to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an ABET-accredited institution.
- 0–1 years of post-graduate experience in land development or a similar field.
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred or actively pursuing.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred).
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior internship or co-op experience in land development or related disciplines is a plus.
- Desire to pursue a Professional Engineer (PE) license.
The pay range for this California position is $33.65 - $39.42 per hour; however, base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
