KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership & Strategy Development
Youre the captain now. Take full charge of our marketing strategy for both B2B (PE) and B2C (AAA) segments.
Lead, inspire, and occasionally perform motivational speeches for the Growth Marketing
Lead and Brand & Content Lead. Teamwork makes the dream work, right?
Own the marketing budget like its your personal piggy bankbut with more ROI.
Team up with Sales & Product Teams to make sure the marketing strategy matches the business goals. Were all about synergy here.

Performance Marketing & Demand Generation
Ensure the Paid Media & AI Performance Specialist is running ads like a pro across

Watch Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) efforts like a hawk to make sure our customers dont get lost.

REQUIREMENTS
8 years in marketing leadership, digital strategy, and brand wizardry.
A wealth of experience in B2B and B2C marketing, performance marketing, and crafting epic brand stories.
Deep expertise in CRM systems, AI tools, and making marketing automation look easy.
A proven track record of scaling lead generation, content marketing, and paid media campaigns.
Leadership skills that would make any motivational speaker jealous.
