WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: In this position, you will get to: Be responsible for all the E-Learning Course development /design Create e-Learning modules either from the storyboard or directly from the content in the form of PPT / Word / PDF Develop effective, highly visual and interactive learning content based upon the need from segment training leaders or stakeholders Create engaging learning content layout designs and quality 2D graphics Prepare & edit audio and video media YOU HAVE: Academic background in University Graduate or Diploma in the related field Previous 6 plus years’ experience Working knowledge of e-Learning module design and creation tools Understanding or working knowledge in Instructional Designing for e-Learnings Working knowledge of SCORM compliances Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects. AutoCAD / Autodesk Revit to creates interactive graphics and designs for course content (Experience with Instructional designing for Technical E-Learnings would be preferred) Skills Proficient in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, including Triggers, Layers, States, Variables, Timelines, and other basic and advanced functionalities of Storyline and Captivate.
