We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. This role is key in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of accounts payable transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and supporting internal and external reporting requirements.
What you'll be doing:
- Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring proper approval and timely payment.
- Maintain accurate accounts payable records and files.
- Track cost, charge, and reimbursement key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Reconcile corporate credit card statements.
- Manage monthly cash files for remote deposits and post transactions in Sage Intacct.
- Maintain and update vendor information (e.g., W-9s, COIs).
- Prepare and distribute annual IRS/regulatory forms (e.g., 1099, W-9).
- Assist with audits and external reporting.
- Support the finance team with other projects as needed.
- Assist with payroll processing and reporting as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Basic knowledge of financial statements, corporate finance and accounting principles.
- Bachelor's degree required (finance, economics, or similar)
