Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Specialist to join our HR team. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to identify top talent, enhance employer branding, and create a welcoming and efficient onboarding process that sets employees up for success.
Key Responsibilities :
Talent Acquisition :
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions.
Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and other recruiting channels to source candidates.
Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Onboarding & New Hire Integration :
Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Prepare and manage new hire paperwork, background checks, and compliance documentation.
Conduct orientation sessions to introduce company policies, culture, and benefits.
Serve as a point of contact for new hires, addressing any questions or concerns during the onboarding period.
Collaborate with HR and department managers to create an engaging and supportive onboarding experience.
Qualifications & Skills :
2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of employment laws and hiring regulations is a plus.
