What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Intern position at NVR Inc?
As a Marketing Intern with NVR, your 12-week paid internship will allow you to gain experience in a real-world marketing position utilizing various traditional and strategic channels. You will support the Regional Marketing Team and assist with the execution of tasks involved with traffic and lead generation and creating community and brand awareness. This internship will allow you to immerse yourself in a hands on role by learning from our experienced marketing and sales teams, and will prepare you for a full time marketing position. In fact, many of our summer interns go on to join NVR full time after graduation.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support the needs of 14 divisions across different aspects of marketing - email marketing, website maintenance, print marketing, grassroots, digital, and more
- Assist on marketing projects for new communities in the Community Launch process
- Create and distribute marketing materials
- Carry out internal marketing efforts to support advertising campaigns
- Ensure compliance with equal housing, payment disclaimers, and NVR Brand
- Assist with community webpage copy and photo updates to drive conversion
- Complete administrative web changes, including price changes, Quick Move-In information, and model home hours changes as needed
Qualifications:
- Highly driven with leadership skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Interest in real estate and the homebuilding industry
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Currently enrolled in a college degree program in a related field (Marketing, English, Business, etc) and preferably scheduled to graduate within 12 months of the internship
