We need a sales / marketing team member.
Someone who can help promote our three location 4-5 doctor OMS , implant , and cosmetics practice.
The title is called PRA. ( Practice Relations Ambassador). It’s more relationship building , connecting, and promoting than marketing.
Salary- 60-70k
Practice Relations Ambassador" (PRA) is a role primarily focused on building and maintaining relationships with external medical practices, aiming to increase patient referrals to their own healthcare facility by actively engaging with referring physicians, office staff, and administrators within a designated geographical area, often through outreach, networking events, and educational presentations.
Key responsibilities of a Practice Relations Ambassador may include :
- Relationship Building :
- Identifying and contacting potential referring physicians and practice staff in the local area.
- Scheduling and conducting in-person visits to introduce the practice's services and capabilities.
- Building rapport and establishing strong professional connections with key decision-makers at referring practices.
- Referral Generation :
- Educating referring providers about the practice's specialties, expertise, and treatment options.
- Highlighting the benefits of referring patients to the practice.
- Following up on potential referrals and addressing any concerns.
- Marketing and Outreach :
- Developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns to promote the practice to potential referral sources.
- Attending industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings to represent the practice.
