JOB DESCRIPTION :
Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with the data storage system.
Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacements
Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Develops and implements an effective warehouse layout that accounts for product flow, equipment, and product handling systems.
Contributes to creating and recommending strategic plans and reviews in order to achieve operational objectives.
Resolves problems and identifies trends.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED :
Ability to manage processes
Ability to manage team members effectively
Proficiency in MS Office Suite - Basic computer literacy
Data entry management
Experience with warehouse safety protocols
Deadline Orientated
Forklift certified Driver
Previous warehouse operations experience preferred
SCHEDULE :
- Work Monday to Friday. May be called in to work Saturday if needed. If needed, alternating weekends, then will advise when hired and capacity of jobs needed to be completed
