In this pivotal role, the Accounting Manager will be instrumental in financial management, fostering collaboration across different teams, and maintaining a close working relationship with the CFO. This opportunity is tailor-made for an individual with accounting experience in the construction industry, meticulous attention to detail, and a preference for collaborative work environments.

Accounting Manager Responsibilities :
- Lead budget preparation, financial forecasting, and variance reporting.
- Manage accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee month-end and year-end close processes.
- Handle government reporting, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and enforce internal controls and accounting policies.
- Coordinate with external auditors and address recommendations.
- Review payroll submissions, including union reporting and certified payrolls.
- Ensure all projects are fully billed and paid before closing.

Compensation : $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
