Land Use and Environmental Litigation Associate Responsibilities :
- Handle environmental, land use, and natural resources litigation matters, including compliance, administrative and enforcement actions, water rights, agency permitting, and regulatory matters.
- Represent clients in state and federal court, making court appearances and managing discovery.
- Work collaboratively with attorneys across multiple offices to serve clients effectively.
- Take on substantial individual responsibilities while receiving mentorship and professional development opportunities.

Compensation : $160,000 - $190,000
