Superintendent – Multi-Family / Retail

A well-respected, local General Contractor is hiring a Superintendent to oversee projects in South Puget Sound, including Tacoma.
With a strong backlog of multi-family (podium), self-storage, and retail projects in the area, this role offers stability and long-term career growth.

Superintendent Responsibilities
- Oversee on-site project production and maintain the project schedule under the direction of a Project Manager.
- Manage subcontractor scheduling and performance, as well as personnel tracking and timekeeping.
- Apply structural engineering principles to the design of multi-family and commercial buildings, including structural post-tension foundations and commercial framing.
- Perform construction administration tasks, such as reviewing shop drawings, responding to RFIs, and conducting structural inspections.
- Interface with city officials to schedule inspections and implement necessary corrections. Ensure compliance with relevant building codes related to structural design and construction.
