ACCOUNTING MANAGER

LOCATION: Greater Beaverton, OR
SALARY: $75,000 - $85,000 annually
SCHEDULE: Full-Time | 10 AM - 3 PM
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Management & Analysis
- Oversee financial accounts, budgets, and cash flow alignment.
- Prepare and present financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annually).
- Conduct financial analyses to identify risks and growth opportunities.
- Manage ERP system functionality and coordinate with service providers.
- Identify budget efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
- Support internal and external audits for financial accuracy.
Human Resources & Employee Relations
- Recruitment & Onboarding Support: Coordinate administrative hiring processes, including job postings and interview scheduling. Facilitate onboarding by organizing documentation, workspace setup, and training schedules.
- Compensation & Benefits Administration: Manage payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and leave requests.
- Policy Documentation & Implementation: Update and distribute company policies to ensure employees are informed of current procedures.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Employee Relations Support: Serve as the initial point of contact for employee concerns, documenting and reporting issues to management as needed.
- Performance Management Support: Conduct evaluations for the accounting team and properly file performance reviews for other departments.
- Disciplinary Process Administration: Provide administrative support for disciplinary actions while ensuring proper documentation and consistency with company policy.
- Health Insurance Administration: Coordinate health insurance options for eligible employees and provide necessary resources.
Operations & Vendor Management
- Maintain organized financial records and filing systems.
- Oversee office asset and supply procurement within budget guidelines.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships in alignment with company objectives.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA or PHR certification preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in financial management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance standards.
- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
