ELECTRONIC MANUFACTURING QUALITY INSPECTOR
As a detail-oriented Electronic Manufacturing Inspector with NW Staffing Resources, you will play a key role in maintaining high-quality standards in PCB assembly through critical inspections and rework. Your expertise in soldering and rework skills will be utilized to handle both SMT and through-hole components, working with a microscope for precision.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct first article and final quality control inspections.
- Hand solder SMT and through-hole components to IPC 610 and J-STD-001 Class 3 standards.
- Perform rework as needed using a microscope and small hand tools.
- Operate X-ray machines to ensure quality control.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality data.
- Identify and correct defects to uphold quality standards.
- Clean and maintain circuit board assemblies using various wash methods.
