LOCATION
Sacramento, CA.
SALARY : $35 - $44 / hr.
SCHEDULE : Monday – Friday | 8 : 00 am – 5 : 00 pm | Long-Term
THE ROLE
This role focuses primarily on Recruitment. The role also involves contributing to Employee Benefits Administration, Leave Management, and HRIS administration.
Primary Responsibilities & Skills
- A minimum of three years plus of experience in recruitment, benefits, leave administration, and HRIS administration.
- Coordinate the recruitment and selection process by developing a recruitment plan, identifying and scheduling recruitment activities, outreach, and interviewing panelists.
- Prepare job postings, staffing needs, and recruitment strategies.
- Support benefits eligibility and procedures
- Communicate with employees, supervisors, and managers regarding leave of absence and compliance with FMLA, CFRA, and other leaves.
- Microsoft Office Suite – Advanced levels
- Public Sector experience and multiple union / CBA experience is a plus
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related degree. If no degree, must have at least 7 years of experience
