Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager III, the Staff Services Manager II (Supervisory) is responsible for leading the ECOS Business and Consultation teams as they provide ongoing services to state HR professionals, evaluate business processes, and explore innovative solutions to support the state’s selection systems, ECOS and CalCareers, in support of CalHR’s mission. The incumbent develops and oversees procedures and guidelines to ensure program integrity and regulatory compliance with selection regulations; and provides effective, efficient, and equitable management to staff.
