Summary of Job Duties :
The School of Art in the Fulbright College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Arkansas is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Studio Art program. This position will report directly to the Studio Art Program Director.
The Program Coordinator will serve as the primary administrative support for the Studio Art Program Director, faculty, undergraduate, and graduate students. This position will assist with travel arrangements, organizing and submitting purchase orders and receipts, and will be responsible for maintaining and updating various spreadsheets and administrative forms. In addition, the Program Coordinator will assist in the management, content, and posting for social media.
They will work closely with the Program Director to assist with special projects including, but not limited to, writing, events, visiting artists and scholars, and building operations. This position requires excellent customer service skills, agility, prompt response, and follow up of tasks, and the ability to perform other related duties as assigned.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job function of this job, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
