Lumber Stacker – Stick Layer – Package Bander, Rotational Position 2nd Shift
Site Location: Marienville, PA
Pay- $15.91/hr. $1.00 shift differential

Responsibilities include:
Three Job Rotation: Lumber Stacking – Stick Laying – Package Bander
- Handling, sorting, and stacking rough-cut lumber by dimension, species, and grade
- Working in open warehouses and keeping work areas safe and clean
- Physical ability to safely transfer lumber from the production line to the lumber cart.
- Banding runners to lumber packs.
- Laying sticks in the process of making layers in a lumber pack
- Keeping work areas safe and clean.
- Basic paperwork knowledge

Requirements include:
- Must be safety conscious, have a positive attitude, and work well in a team environment
- Must have and maintain excellent attendance record
- Work at a fast pace and be a detail-oriented team player
- Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Always required to wear personal protective equipment
- Willing to cross-train in other production-related jobs
- Job Rotation to build other skills to grow in our business
- Participating in morning huddle meetings and toolbox talks.
- Participating in NWH RADAR and NEAR MISS safety reporting
- An all-around positive work attitude at all times.
- Pre-employment drug screen required; NWH is a drug-free workplace.
Education
- High school or GED equivalent or 18 yrs of age.
