What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance - Router Programmer position at NWH?
PART TIME
- Print or email all open work orders for sites
- Check for any reactive work orders
- Close all completed work orders.
- Create PM’s
- Check with supervisor or Maintenance lead about parts supplies and update MPulse
- Build out work centers in MPulse, based on section and parts maintained
- Have an understanding of Work Centers and part names
- Have an understanding of lockout tagout and maintenance processes to better understand the working of work orders
- Generate CNC programs for router
- Working knowledge of all mechanical systems, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical
- Ability to change oil and grease
- Ability to complete simple projects (changing bearings, sprockets, and chains)
- Basic Welding Skills
- Pipe Fitting Knowledge, able to thread and fit a pipe
- Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.
- Self-motivated, look for repair needs before breakdowns occur
- Possess mechanical skills and knowledge (ability to recognize/resolve mechanical issues)
- Ability to do general maintenance (cut, weld, change bearings, sprockets, chains)
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical
- Knowledge of building structures including blueprints, new equipment placement within a structure or in a newly designed structure
- Advanced welding skills, able to do fabrication work, follow all “hot work” protocols
- PLC inputs and outputs including some trouble shooting
- Where applicable, various fueled fired boiler operations
- Advanced working knowledge of Industrial hydraulics, pneumatic systems, and pumps.
- Some knowledge of code (ampacity of wire, breaker sizing, tap rules)
