A leading construction consulting company is seeking a detail-oriented Residential Scheduler to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves managing property inspections by ensuring accurate photo reviews, entering new properties into our database, and compiling property and loan documentation. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, meets tight deadlines, and is able to work a hybrid schedule out of our Tigard, OR office.
Responsibilities:
- Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of inspection photos.
- Enter new properties into the database and compile property and loan documentation.
- Maintain an organized and accurate database of active inspections.
- Assign inspections through various industry software tools.
- Communicate inspection needs effectively with inspectors.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with both internal teams and external vendors.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and independent time management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, mobile apps, and other relevant software.
- Familiarity with residential construction, including materials, tools, budgets, and costs is a plus.
- Punctuality and reliability in meeting deadlines and appointments.
- Willingness to work additional hours during peak times and adapt to a flexible schedule.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to long-term professional growth.
Experience:
- Required- Scheduling: 1 year.
- Preferred- Residential Construction: 1 year.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Monday through Friday, up to 4 hours a day.
- Start time of 7am PST; morning person needed.
- The busiest periods occur during the last week and a half of each month and the first week of the following month.
- Up to 20 hours per week during peak times (approximately 2.5 weeks per month); average workload ranges from 10–20 hours per week.
- This is a hybrid role based out of Tigard, OR.
- Pay is $25 per hour.
