Job Title: Transaction Coordinator (Real Estate & Property Management)

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a key role in assisting our Brokerage Team with all listings and supporting duties. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with managing real estate listings, ensuring all transactions are processed smoothly from start to finish.
  • Coordinate communication between buyers, sellers, agents, escrow officers, and other parties involved in transactions.
  • Prepare legal documents such as contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Provide support by organizing tasks and creating reminders.
  • Organize and track important dates, deadlines, and documents for active listings and properties under management.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure all documents are up to date and compliant with regulations.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and take initiative to resolve them quickly and effectively.
  • Work directly with the President of Operations, providing administrative support and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in real estate transaction coordination, property management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of real estate contracts, legal documents, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, tenants, and team members.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with senior leadership is a plus.
  • Real Estate License a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
