Job Title: Transaction Coordinator (Real Estate & Property Management)

This individual will play a key role in assisting our Brokerage Team with all listings and supporting duties. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with managing real estate listings, ensuring all transactions are processed smoothly from start to finish.
- Coordinate communication between buyers, sellers, agents, escrow officers, and other parties involved in transactions.
- Prepare legal documents such as contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Provide support by organizing tasks and creating reminders.
- Organize and track important dates, deadlines, and documents for active listings and properties under management.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure all documents are up to date and compliant with regulations.
- Proactively identify potential issues and take initiative to resolve them quickly and effectively.
- Work directly with the President of Operations, providing administrative support and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in real estate transaction coordination, property management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of real estate contracts, legal documents, and industry regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, tenants, and team members.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with senior leadership is a plus.
- Real Estate License a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
