Transaction Coordinator
Duties:
- Manage and coordinate real estate transactions from start to finish
- Review contracts and ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately and on time
- Communicate with clients, agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction
- Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and other necessary services
- Prepare and distribute transaction documents, including disclosures and closing statements
- Maintain organized files and records of all transaction-related documents
- Monitor deadlines and ensure all required tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the transaction process
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in basic math calculations
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of real estate contracts and procedures is preferred but not required
- Experience with escrow or banking transactions is a plus
- Proficiency in 10-key typing is preferred
