Job Title: Physical Therapist
Required Skills and Experience for a Physical Therapist :
- Active, WA PT license in good standing.
- Ability to legally work in the US.
Desired Skills, Experience and Education for a Physical Therapist:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- 2 years of experience
- Understanding of Worker's Compensation as it relates to treating injured workers
- Experience working with interpreters
- Bonus points for bi-lingual Physical Therapist who speak Spanish fluently
- CPR Certification
- Knowledge in Raintree EMR
Day-to-day work for the Physical Therapist:
- Provide an accurate, detailed physical evaluation and assessment prior to the client’s entrance into their respective programs (PT, Work Conditioning, Work Hardening, Brain Injury, etc.).
- Develop individualized physical therapy programs for each client based on the clients’ needs, both from the physical assessment and from their personal goals.
- Maintain accurate and pertinent treatment records that accurately capture changes in the client’s functional status.
- The Physical Therapist (PT) will participate in multidisciplinary conferences, client-care planning, and/or program development meetings.
- Coordinate treatment regimens and programs with the client and the other members of the team.
- Provide assessment and follow-up assessment and develop a plan for the client's independent home program or further follow-up as required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,829.00 - $110,000.00 per year DOE
